    • How do I get a quote?

      Use the form on this page, or WhatsApp or email us the sizes, how many you need and a photo of where it goes. We email you a quotation with a link to accept it online.

    • What artwork files can I send?

      Print-ready PDF, AI, EPS, PSD, TIFF, JPG, PNG, SVG, CDR or ZIP files: up to 5 files, 25 MB each. For bigger files, paste a WeTransfer or Google Drive link.

    • Can you design my sign?

      Yes. If you don't have print-ready artwork, ask us to design it and we price the design in your quote.

    • Will I see my sign before it's made?

      Yes. We send you a proof to check and approve before anything is printed.

    • How does payment work?

      Once you accept your quote, we email you a deposit invoice. We start making your sign when the deposit is paid.

    • Do you fit signs?

      Yes. For a fitted sign we can measure on site. Fitting, removing an old sign and electrical work are quoted separately.

    • Does my sign need council approval?

      Bigger signs in Johannesburg can need approval under the outdoor advertising by-law. Ask us whether yours does.

    • Can I collect, or do you deliver?

      Collect from our workshop, or we deliver or fit it, as quoted.

    • Where are you, and when are you open?

      Our workshop is at 14 Turf Club Street, Turffontein, Johannesburg South, inside the Turffontein Racecourse. We're open Monday to Friday, 08:00 to 17:00.
